Production manager for manufacturing (m/f)

Your tasks

You are responsible for the production of electronic assemblies in the SMD/THT area and for quality control.
You lead and instruct the employees and thus ensure smooth production while meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
You are responsible for creating production orders and production key figures, monitor them and thus support the optimisation of production flows and processes.
With your team you implement and optimise QM measures.

Your profile

You have completed your technical degree or training with a further qualification in technology.
Through your many years of professional experience as a production manager you have gained knowledge of the various production processes and applied it in a manufacturing company.
You already have experience in team leadership, recognise the interests and strengths of individual employees and delegate responsibility and challenging tasks accordingly.
You are interested in technical processes, develop creative solutions, drive change and show your hands-on mentality in daily cooperation.
You communicate clear production requirements confidently and authentically.
