Hosting and server log files
The website is operated by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (region Frankfurt). When you open a page, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type and amount of data transferred in order to deliver the page and ensure security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). A data processing agreement exists with Vercel; for transfers to the USA the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework apply.
Audience measurement without cookies
We count page views and visitors anonymously to see which content is used. No cookies are set and no IP addresses are stored. Visitors are counted only via a daily changing, irreversible value that cannot be matched on the following day. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form and quote request
When you write to us via the form, we process your details (name, company, e-mail, phone, message and, if given, how you heard about us) to answer your enquiry. The enquiry is sent to us by e-mail (sending service Resend, Resend Inc., USA) and stored in our administration area for processing (database service Upstash, Inc.). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) GDPR. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply. To protect against misuse we check entries automatically, without captcha and without third-party services.
Enquiries and applications by e-mail or phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process your details to handle the enquiry. Application documents you send to bewerbung@gruenwald-electronic.de are used exclusively for the application process (Section 26 BDSG, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Please use the contact details above.
Right to lodge a complaint
