Material and PCB sourcing for every need

You choose how much you leave to us: complete sourcing, only a part, or full consignment by you. Most customers hand us the sourcing completely.

We have a large international network of established distributors and manufacturers. There, correct storage of the components and their traceability are ensured.

We buy the PCBs from German suppliers, some of whom have their own PCB production or source the goods from other countries. Data preparation and quality control, however, always take place in Germany.

We are happy to handle highly complex PCBs and express production with our regional PCB manufacturing partners.

• We take over the complete supplier search and procurement.
• We know which material surpluses to expect for a lot.
• We know which component packaging we can process best.
• We already hold many passive components in machine-ready form in stock.
• In many cases we can use surpluses caused by packaging units in other projects, so you incur no surplus costs.
• We coordinate the panel layout of the PCBs directly with the supplier. This is very important for our production lines.
• We can place fiducial marks according to our requirements.
• With delivery time monitoring we can calculate the start of production better, which shortens the overall lead time.
