Sourcing
Consigned or sourced material: three ways compared
For over 90% of our customers we source all the material. That is the most convenient way but not the only one: partial sourcing and complete consignment are also possible.

Complete sourcing
We take over supplier research and procurement of components and PCBs. We know which material surpluses to expect for a lot and can often use surpluses from packaging units in other projects, so you incur no surplus costs. We keep many passive components in machine-ready form in stock.
Partial sourcing
You consign certain components yourself, for example special parts with their own supply route, and we source the rest. This way you keep control where you need it.
Complete consignment
You deliver everything, we assemble. Then it is important that packaging type and quantity suit our production lines. Ask us beforehand which packaging types we can process best.
What we look at with PCBs
We coordinate the panel layout directly with the supplier, place fiducial marks according to our requirements and calculate the start of production through delivery time monitoring. More at material sourcing.
