Optical inspection with AOI
We use high-precision AOI systems for the optical inspection of every assembly.
X-ray for hidden structures
In addition we use an X-ray machine to check hidden structures on a spot-check basis.
Trained inspectors
Our IPC trainers regularly train the IPC specialists in quality assurance so that we meet the latest standards and best practices. Quality is no coincidence but the result of continuous improvement and sound expertise.

Is every assembly inspected?
Yes, every assembly is optically inspected by AOI. We also check hidden structures on a spot-check basis with an X-ray machine.
Are you ISO 9001 certified?
Yes, for many years. A quality management system to DIN EN ISO 9001 has been in place since 2011.
