Prototypes, small series and volume production
In up to 3 shifts we build prototypes, small and medium series as well as series of several 10,000 assemblies per month.
For every order of magnitude
Every customer and every task is different. That is why we keep adapting ourselves and our production to the individual project. We have already completed several thousand projects of entirely different complexity, usually with normal planning lead times, but often under special time pressure as well.
Capacity for emergencies
Our aim is to find the best solution for every task and always to keep capacity ready for our customers' possible emergencies. We work highly flexibly and have very short response times.
What the line delivers
Our SMD line places components from 01005 to 80 x 80 mm at up to 36,000 components per hour on boards up to 680 x 400 mm. Overall we reach up to 9 million placements per month. Details at SMD assembly.
