Besides the reflow oven, the vapour phase gives us an alternative for soldering thermally more demanding assemblies perfectly.
Reflow oven and vapour phase
After placement, SMD assemblies are soldered in the reflow oven. Our oven can work under oxygen and under nitrogen atmosphere. In addition the vapour phase is available.
When the vapour phase makes sense
We use it for assemblies that are thermally particularly demanding. Which process gives the better result we clarify together with you based on your assembly.
Before and after
Even before soldering, a 3D paste inspection checks the paste printing. After soldering we inspect every assembly by AOI.
